Ceremonials Program 2007-2008

Our 2nd and 3rd degree ceremonials will continue to be held by regions this fraternal year.  District Deputies within a region are responsible for getting candidates and setting up degrees.  They shall propose locations and dates in coordination with the Ceremonials Chairman who will approve the dates and locations.
    The current degree schedule is below, showing the approved location and date where each degree will be held.
    A breakfast/brunch is expected to be served to the Degree Team upon their arrival and dinner following the degree work.  All food and beverages will be provided to the Degree Team members and any State Officers attending will be complimentary.  Alcoholic beverages, however, will not be served until all degree work is completed.
    The Degree will start promptly at noon, local time.
    The State Secretary will maintain a record, by council, of all first degree members exemplified.  Periodically, he will bill each council $10.00 per first degree member.  The $10.00 fee will be used to fund the Major Degree costs for that member when he is exemplified into the 2nd and 3rd degrees.
    This $10.00 fee is for new members only.  For reinstatements, transfers, and etc; the Council Financial Secretary will forward only a copy of the form 100 to the State Secretary.
