Programming
The following is a representative list of suggestions for programs and activities:
Supreme Awards
Supreme Council through the Province and State Master conducts awards programs
each year. The awards are called "To be a Patriot" and "Civic". The
deadline for these awards is June 30. Applications will be sent to the
Assemblies in April.
Qualifications for the Awards
To Be A Patriot
Each Assembly should submit on the application for it's single best
patriotic activity during the 2001-2002 fraternal year. Scrapbooks,
photographs, news clippings or other support materials should be included.
The State Master will judge the top activity in the state and submit it to the
Vice Supreme Master who will select the best activity in the three state
province of Kentucky, Indiana, and West Virginia and submit it to the Supreme
Master. A committee of judges appointed by the Supreme Master will review
the entries and select international winners. The provincial and
international winners will receive attractive awards.
Civic
Each Assembly should submit on the application form four patriotic programs
sponsored during the 2001-2002 fraternal year. A handsome certificate will
be awarded to those qualifying Assemblies. This is not a difficult award
to receive and is a tribute to the spirit of patriotism and national pride of
your Assembly.
