 The Knights-Web award criteria

Annual

This award is presented to our selection of the best website reviewed during 1999.   Our award for 2001 is shown to the right.  The winning site must clearly exemplify best qualification in as many of the below listed discriminators applicable to the site.  Application for award is not required.   

To qualify, the site must exemplify three or more of the following attributes - Pro-life promotion, Christian development, Christian Service, Christian vocations, Chivalric Order and Fraternal Orders.  Discriminators for selection are ranked as follows:

  • Content and originality (50%)

  • Theme, Layout, Design, Quality (25%)

  • Ease of viewing (download speeds/graphics) (25%)

Monthly

The Knights-Web  monthly award is presented to one website each month for content excellence.  To qualify, the site must exemplify one or more of the following attributes - Pro-life promotion, Christian development, Christian Service, Christian vocations, Chivalric Order and Fraternal Orders.  The site need not be Roman Catholic oriented to qualify.   Application for award is not required.  Webmasters may, however, may contact the webmaster to indicate that they would like to compete for the award.  Sites with inappropriate language, graphics, or content will not be considered.

Discriminators for selection are ranked as follows:

  •     website content (75%)

  •     website design (15%)

  •     layout graphics (10%)
